Step 1 – Simply start purchasing The Fax & Printer Guy’s Premium Plus Toner Cartridges.

Step 2 – One of our qualified service technicians will deliver your cartridges and will also clean and inspect your printers for pass/fail performance. Any obvious failures with your printers must be repaired at this time however you only pay for the cost of the parts required. (Note – if there are no issues with your printers such as jamming or print quality there will be no need for parts). Once your printers have been qualified our technician will register them for service coverage. On-site service coverage will now be in place for the rated page yield of the toner cartridge or one year which ever comes first. Printers include laser fax machines and laser multifunctional devices.

Step 3 – When your service coverage expires (your toner cartridge is empty), simply repeat the process. All on-site service calls are free for as long as you continue using The Fax & Printer Guy’s Premium Plus Toner Cartridges and Maintenance Kits. It is just that easy! You will have piece of mind in knowing that your mission critical, laser printers, fax machines and multi-functional devices are always backed by The Fax & Printer Guy’s qualified team of laser printer service experts.

Simply register the laser printing devices in your office with The Fax & Printer Guy, purchase your supplies for these devices from The Fax & Printer Guy and you will earn points that can be used to receive discounted or free services on your laser printing, faxing and multi-functional devices when needed, such as emergency on-site repairs and preventative maintenance and cleanings.

There is no cost to register your devices and points are earned at the rate of one point for every toner cartridge purchased.

Service points can be accumulated indefinitely and do not have any expiry date. The service provided under this program is for the labour portion only and is exclusive of any parts that may be required. Service points have no cash surrender value.
